3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jiliplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jiliplay reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, inaccurate, or misleading information has been provided.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliplay Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jiliplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jiliplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jiliplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted. jiliplay does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jiliplay account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jiliplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. 5.4 Modification of Promotions. jiliplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered on the jiliplay Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by jiliplay or any third party.

9.3 jiliplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.1 By jiliplay. jiliplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) jiliplay is required to do so by law or regulatory authority; (c) jiliplay suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or (d) jiliplay determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to jiliplay or other players.
10.2 By You. You may close your jiliplay account at any time by contacting jiliplay customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
