To comply with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, we may collect copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or Voter's ID), proof of address documents, and selfie photographs for identity verification purposes.

3.3 Financial Data. We collect information about your deposits and withdrawals, including payment method details (GCash account numbers, PayMaya account numbers, bank account details), transaction amounts in Philippine Peso (PHP), and transaction history. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

jiliplay does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers — third-party companies that provide services on our behalf, including identity verification providers, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support platforms. 8. Data Retention

jiliplay retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Specifically: account and identity data is retained for the duration of your jiliplay account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the AMLA. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years. Gaming activity data is retained for a minimum of three (3) years. Communications data is retained for two (2) years.

When personal data is no longer required, jiliplay will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.

9. Data Security

jiliplay implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit between your device and jiliplay's servers;
• AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest;

• Strict access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis;

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jiliplay will notify you and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

10.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit the jiliplay Platform. They help the Platform function correctly, remember your preferences, and provide us with information about how the Platform is used.

10.2 Types of Cookies We Use.

• Essential cookies — necessary for the Platform to function, including session management and security features. These cannot be disabled;

12. Children's Privacy

The jiliplay Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. jiliplay does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If jiliplay becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, such data will be immediately deleted and the associated account will be closed. If you believe that a minor has registered on jiliplay, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15.

13. International Data Transfers

jiliplay's primary operations and data storage are based in the Philippines. In some cases, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines, for example where jiliplay uses cloud service providers or game software providers with servers in other jurisdictions.

Where such transfers occur, jiliplay ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under Philippine law. jiliplay will not transfer your personal data to countries that do not provide adequate data protection without your consent or a valid legal basis.

jiliplay reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, jiliplay will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jiliplay Platform following the posting of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
